What is askmii?

askmii is a private, vertical AI that deploys inside your own infrastructure, connects to your real data (email, drive, calendar, documents), learns your business, and becomes a second brain your team can ask. It remembers your context — so you never re-explain who you are or what you do.

How is it different from ChatGPT or Claude?

Generic AI restarts from zero, can't see your data, and isn't specialised to your industry. askmii has persistent memory, native connectors, vertical specialisation, and runs on infrastructure you own. The model is the engine; askmii is the last mile around your business.

Where does my data live?

On infrastructure you own and control. You can export and disconnect anytime. The language models are called in passing and don't retain your data.

How is my data protected?

Each organisation runs on its own dedicated instance — your data is never pooled with other customers and never used to train a shared model. Access is scoped per user, answers are grounded in your real sources (so they're auditable), and your data resides where you control it. Privacy is structural, not a toggle. Is askmii multi-user?

Yes — multi-user with strict per-user isolation. Each person's mailbox, documents and meetings are scoped to them and never blended into a shared pool; knowledge meant to be shared is shared explicitly. A whole team uses one private brain without seeing each other's private data.
